new office in Cowes.
Jamie Busby, a partner in Hose Rhodes and
Dickson, is heading the Cowes team, having
gained huge experience in estate agency
for the past 29 years. Jamie spent some of
his early career in Cowes in the 1980s and
1990s, so is returning to his original stomping
ground which he knows so well.
Indeed, Jamie was a Royal Yachting
Association Sailing instructor before he
became an estate agent, and maintains a
keen interest in boating, holding an RYA
advance powerboat certificate commercially.
He said: “This is an exciting new venture

that has been refurbished. We are currently
