celebrates 50 years
as an estate agent see June edition of

At a recent meeting at Hose Rhodes
Dickson one of my partners had the
temerity to suggest that perhaps our
image was beginning to look a little
tired.
So it was suggested that it might
be a good idea to rebrand and give
ourselves a fresh new look. We went
to several different design studios
and also via our website hosts we
undertook a survey of how we were
perceived in the market place.

The result of all this research and
hard work was to come up with at
least 30 mock up boards made and
erected on a private road so we could
all undertake a walk/drive by. It is
not surprising that we ended up with
five different opinions. After a lot of
negotiation - we are estate agents after
all, so you would not expect anything
else - the end result is what you see
pictured and now displayed right
across the Island.
It has already had a dramatic effect
on our business profile with nearly
100 more boards being erected in
the recent past. Although one should
not judge a book by its cover, I hope
our revitalised branding shows that a
professional attitude with a modern
approach is what awaits inside our
offices, and of course we invite clients
to visit one of our offices to judge for
themselves.
