FOOD Six Cowes Food Shows planned Following on from the success of the Cowes Food Shows held in 2012, Red Funnel have now confirmed six Shows for 2013 with the first having kicked off in March. The Cowes Food Show was started by Red Funnel with Calbourne Classics and Widget Productions to help showcase some of the delicious local produce and talented local chef’s on the Isle of Wight. At each show there is an interactive Food Theatre with live cooking demonstrations, local food and drink producer stalls, children’s entertainments and live music. Each of the shows also has a theme and special guest stalls which includes Spring Plants and Flowers, Arts & Crafts, Christmas, Halloween and more. The shows take place in Fountain Yard, Cowes next to the Red Jet Terminal and admission is free.
