I think you have to trust your gut instinct about
whether a photograph is genuine or not. As a general
rule the before and after photographs should be

show the exact same view. I use photographs a lot
to explain treatments to my patients. They are a
great way of helping people to decide if a particular
treatment is something they would like to have done
as photographs explain very quickly what a treatment
entails. I avoid showing brochure photographs as I think
people want to see a doctors own results. Below are
