Creasey Biles and King
thrive at new location in
Newport town centre
There has been a positive response from
customers following the decision by Creasey
Biles and King, one of the Island’s leading
Coastal and Country House estate agents, to
relocate its Newport office.
CBK have moved to a period listed building
in St Thomas’ House, St Thomas’ Square and
managing director Sam Biles and his staff
are also delighted with the move. Sam said:
“We have had a lot of positive comments.
The Square hosts the weekly Farmers’ Market
and the Minster Church hosts concerts and
other community events which add to the
ambience. It is also home to Lloyds TSB Bank,
jewellers, and popular eateries such as French
Franks, Olivo's and Gods Providence House.”

"Since the move we have noticed a definite
improvement in the number of off-street
callers to our offices and that those people
are more relevant to our business. Previously,
in the High Street, many people were calling
in to ask for directions to the Police Station
or to County Hall! We definitely feel more at
home in the Square.”
Although the CBK head office is in
Newport, the company also have offices at
Bembridge, Seaview and Cowes, enabling it
to provide excellent Island-wide coverage for
customers.
