I train at least six days a week. I train one bodypart a day, and I do
cardio five to six days a week. I split them up if I can. I like to do my
cardio in the morning before I eat. If I have a day off, I’ll try to get into
the gym twice. I’ll do my weight training later in the day. The func-
tional stuff usually happens post-workout, after weight-training, but
sometimes I’ll mix it up with my cardio.
