Angelina Scarcelli, CPM
Angelina serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager of the property management division
for the Las Vegas office of Colliers International. Angelina provides over sixteen years
of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. During the course of her
career she has been responsible for overseeing day to day operations in regards to property management aspects in addition to focusing on owner relations, tenant retention,
leasing, construction management, facility management, new business acquisitions and
asset management services. Angelina is solely responsible for a portfolio of 1.3 million square feet which is comprised of commercial office, industrial and retail space.
Throughout her career in property management she has always treated her clients with
the highest level of professionalism and courtesy, taking the approach of viewing the
properties she manages as if they were her own. By utilizing this perspective she is able
to sympathize with both the client and tenant given any situation that may arise. All
property issues and client needs are dealt with promptly and with attention to detail
which has enabled her to retain an expansive client/tenant base throughout her career.
Such a ttributes also integrate into her everyday interaction at the office with all staff
members.
