Property Operations I – As a real estate manager, you need
a broad range of skills to manage your property operations
successfully from both a short- and long-term perspective.
Property Operations I, the first of a two-part series, addresses
essential human resources, marketing, and leasing concepts
that will help your properties thrive in today’s competitive real
estate market.
CPM Capstone – Quickly and efficiently complete the final steps needed to earn
your CPM designation by enrolling in the CPM Capstone series. This fourcourse track is designed for CPM Candidates who still need to complete their
management plan requirement and take the CPM Certification Exam. The
first half of the week will be spent learning the essential components of a property management plan in “Property Management Plans: The IREM Model”
(BDM602) and then demonstrating proficiency in the elements that make up
a management plan by completing the “Management Plan Skills Assessment”
(MPSA01), an alternative to submitting a plan independently. The remainder
of the week will be spent preparing for and then taking the CPM Certification
Exam.
