2.4 AUSTRALIANS ARE OPEN TO AI IF IT MAKES LIKES LIFE AS A CONSUMER EASIER BUT FEW ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THE IDEA OF INTERACTING WITH ROBOTS While 4 in 10 (41%) say they are happy to use products and services that use Artificial Intelligence if it makes their life easier, the majority don’t like the idea of AI being used in customer service.
