TRAIN
IN THE NAME OF JANE...
All of us at the staff of ION Indie Magazine are saddened to hear that Jane
Train (Janet Rains) has lost her battle with the horrific burn injuries she
sustained in the tragic accident that occurred involving the Adrenaline Mob
tour bus -- which also took the life of bassist David Z. She fought valiantly
and with dignity. Although her passing is Heaven's gain, the music world
and humanity are now missing an angel.
Jane appeared in our December 2014 issue in a feature article penned by
former journalist for ION Indie Magazine, Mark Uricheck. Here is a link to
the article: http://joom.ag/hdZb/p62. In the report, Mark presented Jane
Train to our readers, and we all were captivated by her beautiful spirit and
soulful heart. Jane was a champion for many, a talented songstress and
artist. She will be missed -- and is remembered and celebrated by many.
A GO FUND ME account has been set up, and although
this lovely, selfless woman's heart beats no more --
there are still many medical expenses to be paid.
We should all adopt the same resolve that
Jane did -- she was dedicated to uplifting
others. Let's demonstrate that the heart of
the music community still beats for Jane
and show the same love, generosity, and
compassion.
If you can, please donate to this important
campaign. And if you are not able to give
at this time, by all means, pay it forward
to someone through an unselfish act of
kindness...in the name of Jane.
