On January 27th and the 28th, 2015, here in El Paso, Texas, the "Sex and Love" tour made its way into town
featuring two of the biggest Latin entertainers on the planet! PITBULL and ENRIQUE IGLESIAS took this town by
storm with two sold-out shows--and what a production it was! Top drawer all the way! Being so close to the border,
El Paso has a huge Latin population, so you can just imagine the crowd for this caliber of show, not to mention, it
must have been ten women to every man in attendance! Pitbull hit the stage with an array of dancers surrounding
him and opened the show with "Don't Stop the Party". Ten thousand people were on their feet, singing and dancing
to songs such as "I Know You Want Me", "Give Me Everything" and "Fireball"! Mr. Worldwide put on a show that
was second to none. He is definitely, without doubt, one of the hottest Latin Urban Artists ever! After a short break,
Enrique Iglesias took the stage and just killed the audience with powerhouse hits such as "I Like It", "Tonight (I
Am Lovin' You)", "I Am a Freak" and "I Like How it Feels". The women were just going crazy over this guy--it was
unbelievable! This show wasn't really my “cup of tea”—not necessarily my “musical taste”, but I feel very fortunate
to have been there and covered it for the magazine, simply because of the magnitude of these two Latin artists. This
show was the biggest event to date for me, as well as for the city of El Paso…dance music at its finest! I highly
recommend it, and make no mistake, the price for that ticket will be well spent!!
For the encore of this outstanding show, Enrique breaks into "I Like It" and as it should be, Pitbull joined him on
stage for this fantastic finish. Huge plastic party balls and confetti were thrown into the air for this Latin fiesta! One
lucky lady was brought onto the stage and I believe every woman screamed with jealously as she kissed, hugged
and held onto both Pitbull and Enrique for dear life. It’s an understatement to say that this girl thought at that
moment that she was the luckiest girl in the world!
