by you! I’m very honored
and humbled too!
KZ: For those who are
not familiar with you and
your career, maybe you
could tell us something
more about it…
SR: I am a 15 year old singer, songwriter, musician, actress, from Ottawa ON, Canada. I
started songwriting at the age of 13 and haven’t stopped writing since! I’ve been in the
UK recording my debut album “Intoxicated”, due to be released this summer 2014.
KZ: How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?
SR: My music is very sensual. I love passionate and soulful vocals and instruments. My
lyrics and music on my debut album “Intoxicated” can be best descried as a fusion of many
genres. And my musical influences are Classic Rock, Jazz, Blues, R&B, Soul and
Instrumental--just to name a few
KZ: Now let’s talk about your album “Intoxicated”—which will be released real soon. This
album features GLEN DROVER, former lead guitarist for MEGADETH. How was that,
working with him?
SR: I love working with him! Glen Drover is an incredibly talented and humble person. He
continues to inspire and motivate me to be the best musician I can be. It’s always an
absolute pleasure doing session work with Glen. I love the passionate way he feels my
music. I am honored!
