movement, instrument switches and the obvious veteran showmanship. Their music is fresh with memorable riffs and solos, thumping bass lines, a driving beat and tight harmonies. You know from the very beginning that you aren't just an audience, you are their friends and they are going to show you a good time. They appreciate the opportunity to perform for you and you know that it is genuine. They caught a break when a friend of mine put them on the bill to open for touring acts UNDERCOVER BETTY and WAYLAND in St. Petersburg--and Undercover Betty liked them so much they asked them to play with them at a tour stop in Panama City. On the road, 3KB (as they are also known) became fast friends with the UCB girls and gained a load of new fans as well. Upon their return, they picked up a spot opening for 3 top local acts and touring band BOBAFLEX. You know the old rule--never follow a better band? The band is now getting desirable placements on big bills, are working recording their original music, have an Indie label on board and the future looks bright. Their show calendar is filling up and they are prepared for the next step on their journey. Listen to their music, visit their Facebook page and give them a “LIKE”, check them out on Reverb and watch their video. Of the countless numbers who have struggled to be found, they are just one. Tenacity. Determination. Persistence. Imagination. They had it. We here at ION Indie Magazine share the same vision--to introduce you to these amazing people and stories, one band at a time.
