J HARRIS: Just one? Good grief...I'm gonna go with PANTERA. What an amazing bunch of music they released. VINNIE PAUL has been one of the biggest influences on my drumming. The guy's a friggin' machine! JP RAWK: Up to this point, what is the band’s greatest accomplishment? REVELUS: Well, it all really depends on what your perspective is when you say "greatest accomplishment". It is a wide spectrum, and for us there has been a plethora of great accomplishments. We would definitely have to say for starters, how much we have grown as a band and how many people have caught onto what we are doing musically. That is always a great accomplishment when you gain new listeners/fans on the pure simple fact that you write and perform great music that everyone can find comfort in listening to and stay engaged as well. We have opened for some national acts too, but the greatest accomplishment has yet to be achieved. That accomplishment would have to be being nationally known and touring the world, not to mention doing this music thing full time for a living like our influences are doing or have done. We are aiming for that level of success! JP RAWK: Where do you see Revelus 3 years from now? REVELUS: Most likely on tour performing all over the US, and possibly overseas, if we are permitted to. JP RAWK: Are there plans for any new recordings? When should we expect that to be released? REVELUS: We are currently working on a new album with engineer JAMIE KING over at THE BASEMENT STUDIOS located in Winston-Salem, NC. When we are finished the album, we plan to tour on that album as often as we can through our new tour management agency, SHADOW ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA, headed up by our new tour manager/booking agent BOBBY SIEKKINEN out in Texas. Bobby and Shadow Entertainment Media are already pushing the single titled “You're Gone” to radio, so hopefully we will get some hype for the album release and tour that will follow. We are still in the beginning phases of recording this album and haven’t really set an official date for its release, but we would hope to have it out by no later than June or July 2014, but you never know...it may get completed earlier. We urge people to find us on Facebook and keep track of what news we have on the album and tour there. That is the best way to track what we are doing. Our Facebook page is ultimately our headquarters. JP RAWK: Are there plans for a tour? REVELUS: Yes. We will be touring after we finish this album. The start of the tour dates have yet to be determined. JP RAWK: Where can we find your current music? Where can we buy it? Do you have social media sites? If so, where can we find you? REVELUS: All of our music is available on iTunes.com and Amazon.com. All you have to do is search Revelus. “Path of Persistence”, our first album release, is available for purchase on those sites. You can request us to ship an album to you, but we suggest that all existing and new potential fans come to our live shows to get a CD and other merch we have available from us directly. It's a better experience! Nothing like seeing a
