Birmingham, Alabama’s, WITHIN REASON’s bassist DAVID KOONCE, took some
time away from his busy holiday schedule to chat with me for a while. While
HINDER’s tour bus accident derailed their stop in Charlotte--where we were
supposed to meet up for a face to face--there was nothing that was going to derail
this interview from taking place. I think this is one of those opportunities we have
had at ION to spotlight an artist that has done some really awesome things, but
even more importantly, will do even greater things in the future.
JP: I know that you guys were to be on tour with HINDER, but due to an unfortunate
tour bus accident that Hinder was in, involving injuries, the tour has been
postponed. What are you planning on doing with that time now?
