Over the past 23 months, I have shot more than my share of national and
regional acts, but here on the local scene, just a handful have stood out
above the rest. With that said, I bring you FALL 2 RISE.
The very first time I saw them at KING’S X BAR AND GRILL, I knew
without a doubt that these guys had something special. One of the main
things I truly enjoyed about this act is, to me, it’s just straight up good
Rock and Roll--Mainstream Rock with some Metal undertones, if you
will. Not only did I enjoy the music, but I was attracted to the acute
mindset that the entire band collectively shares in moving forward with
their musical careers.
As I have stated, I have shot a ton of locals, and there are a percentage of
bands that are content with just doing that scene--but Fall 2 Rise is not
one of those. In my opinion, they are a top drawer outfit that are well on
their way! And the list of notables with whom they’ve shared the stage,
speaks to their rising presence in the industry—they include the likes of:
P.O.D., CANDLE BOX, VOLBEAT, ANTHRAX, DROWNING POOL and
SLAYER.
