This month’s ION Indie Magazine “Reverbnation Artist of the Month”, PHOSPHENE, comes
from the Windy City of Chicago. And The Windy City is not just blowing hot air with these guys
(and a gal). While they’re not on “The Loop”, they are still in it by cranking out hit music for

This Chicago-based female-fronted Rock band is no stranger to hard work. Phosphene
debuted as a band 2 years ago at the HARD ROCK CAFÉ Chicago’s “Lollapalooza After Party”.
Soon after their debut, Phosphene released their first album while headlining the HOUSE OF
BLUES Chicago. But they didn’t stop there! Phosphene joined SNOCORE TOUR with THE
PRETTY RECKLESS, Revolver Magazine’s “Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock” Tour with LACUNA COIL
and SICK PUPPIES, ROCKFEST with JUDAS PRIEST and BREAKING BENJAMIN, “Naperville
Ribfest” with FOGHAT and GEORGE THOROGOOD and VANS WARPED TOUR in 2014 and 2015.
Their second album, released in March 2015, has won media attention from all over the world.
Still, there is more to this passionate Rock band than just killer performances and polished
music! Phosphene’s inspirational messages and connection to their fans are noteworthy
qualities that keep creating buzz in the music industry. It is no wonder why they are leading
the Illinois market with a support team of over 120,000 fans that grows daily.
