OTS: We are already working on a new album! We have 1 song about 85% complete and have 3 more in the
works! We plan on having this new album ready by early summer! In the meantime we are working on a rerecording of our 2010 album “8 degrees below”. As we said before, we went through some lineup changes.
Back then we used to have 2 vocalists. We still perform that album and want our newer listeners to have an
opportunity to own the songs they just heard, the way they heard them. But we don’t want to erase our past
and our history as a band. So what we will be doing is releasing the album as a double disc. One disc will be
the new updated version with just Anna doing vocals--disc 2 will be the original recording. That way everyone
gets to have a little comparison of who we are and where we came from. As for touring and shows, we plan
on expanding our foot print here in the states and getting our music spread out online worldwide!
Kat Zee: What is the best feedback that you’ve ever received regarding your music?
OTS: We have had some very positive reviews! Commercially, the album is gaining traction and we are
experiencing a lot of interviews and really awesome reviews! On a more personal level, we have had a bunch
of people come to us and tell us that this album has saved them from some dark places, like from suicide
and drug addiction. That is always very humbling to hear and we take that very seriously. It really makes this
worth doing!
Kat Zee: Thanks for your time with this interview. I wish you all the best and hope to see you again live on
