It’s always like a homecoming when TANTRIC returns to THE Q&Z EXPO CENTER. This time, combined
with local guitar maker ZANE GUITARS, they put on one hell of a show! HUGO FERREIRA played a
prototype for his new Signature Zane Guitar on our hometown stage! Previous to the show, Hugo and
the boys did an acoustic set at the local radio station, then, while playing the show, brought up
MADISON WOLFE to do the opening for their song “Down and Out” on her Cello! She’s a 7th grader at
D.C. EVEREST MIDDLE SCHOOL. She did a great job and the crowd went wild--A VERY brave young lady
indeed! Tantric is currently on tour to support their new CD “The Blue Room Archives”--named after
their personal studio where much of the band’s previous work has been done. Lead singer Hugo
Ferreira says that this album was done with no flashy production--it’s an inside view of a Tantric state
of mind.
