You recieve a phone call from Kraybourne Recruitment Consultants, they are returning your call. You phoned them on Friday to find out if you can make an appointment to see a consultant. You want to discuss your options with them.
The consultant will introduce himself to you as Richard Grey and ask you these questions:
1. The spelling of your full name.
2. How long you have been looking for a position.
3. What type of position you are looking for.
4. A suitable time to meet at the agency.
The consultant may give you some information that you need to note down so make sure that you have a pen and paper ready for this task.
Task 4
You need to phone a company called Phase 1. Earlier today you recieved a call from Maria Kray the HR manager. Unfortunately you were at work so you couldn't take her call. She asked you to select a date and time for your interview and leave a message with reception.
