- What was the biggest decision that you have made recently?
I wanted to move early morning meetings to 11am because I felt that wern't productive. I met with oposition from the team but I managed to convince them that they would be more effective and less impeading on their personal time. It worked and my team are comfortable with the change.
- What decision did you put off the longest and why?
The thought process of changing jobs. I am very ambitious and I want to expand my experience. I felt loyalty played a big part in this process but I knew that a change was necessary for both my personal and career development.
- Have you ever delayed a decision to reflect on the situation?
I am faced with this problem at least once a month in my current position. Sometimes when client's have issues, rather than just react, I study their history and past problems before I take a decision. The most recent example of this is where a clientwanted a deadline moved. I couldn't deploy a solution without reflecting on the situation.
