- Yes I have, most of our client portfolio are extremely happy with our price, product and service levels. There are times when you are faced with a challenging client who has a higher degree of expectation.

I thrive on turning those types of client's around. I would listen carefully to their requests and approach every one with more care and attention and a sympathetic voice. I view these types of situations as something to learn from and I think it helps raise the standars and benchmark for companies service levels.
