Meetings

Questions about meetings are common, they provide an indication of participation, level of influence and work ethic.

- What type of preparation do you do for an important meeting and can you provide an example?

I always plan in advance. Firstly, I take the audience into consideration then I use microsoft software to structure my meetings into easily digestable points. I then practice the format to get familiar with it making sure that have covered all the important and relavent points.

Finally Take down any feedback as it may influence my future meetings.

Try and use the answers from a structure point of view. Your position is not to adapt the answers but more to establish how you would answer these questions yourself providing answers from your own experiences.

You will have to practice those answers significantly so as not to sound rehearsed. The more natural you sound the more believable your answers are.

Remember to take speed of speech and voice tones into consideration they can influence the interviewer and provides empathetic value.
