There are two types of interview questions. While smaller companies use more traditional formats, HR teams in larger companies tend to use CBI. Competency based interview questions (CBI) these are more complex and require the applicant to provide examples or evidence to prove that a particular scenario is true.
These questions prove a real challenge to a student who is learning English as a second language as it requires a greater sense of grammatical awareness.
You will be required to examine your CV and talk about various facts that have been stated. An example of this would be; I have strong communication skills. The question that would be asked is; Can you provide an example of how you applied your communication skills to solve an issu with a client.
