The cast and creative team are looking forward to meeting you and answering your questions! When preparing for the Q&A it’s a good idea to read the program. It will give you insight into the thoughts behind the design, the director’s intention and list the cast and crew involved in the production. → APPROACH TO TEXT For Writers: How did it feel hearing your monologue performed for the first time? How did you develop your initial idea into a stage-ready monologue? What’s your writing process? For Actors: How did you feel the first time you read the monologue you’d be performing? How do you approach bringing a piece of text to life? How much contact did you have with the writer of your monologue? Was this a positive or challenging part of the process? THINK: Do you ever think about the person who writes the pieces you perform?
