News from John Baillie who writes ‘Hi Joe hope you are well, initially we were going to be racing from Kettering, but due to the poor weather forecast race controller Bobby Graham put back the race marking of the birds. He was notified that we could not release our birds from Kettering, so our next point would be Peterborough but that was not possible either due to not having access for the transporter because it was a Sunday. We basketed the birds for our open race from Newark then when Sunday morning arrived it was not possible to hold a liberation there either and the transporter started making its way back home.
