The South Florida real estate market remains
a prime target for foreign investors.
Miami is in the midst of a significant regeneration
with the city’s skyline in the process of great
change. New ambitious and creative
developments are being built – more than 200
projects are currently proposed, under
construction or planned.

The epicentre of development is Miami’s
downtown neighbourhoods of Brickell, Edgewater
and The Design District. Over 23,000 condos
and more than 78 buildings have been
constructed in these areas in the past eight years.
