be honest, which is on all our personal “to do lists” but you need
to start somewhere and that somewh ere needs to incorporate
activities and opportunities that nourish you mentally, physically and
emotionally.
Now before you look this company and switch off because it is called
“Running Treks” you do not need to be a marathon runner, in fact, you
do not even need to run if you do not want to, the experience of being
outside for a brisk walk or steady jog, will do you just as much good.
To be honest, if you have never run before you need to take it easy,
work yourself into the discipline of running so you learn to enjoy the
experience rather than spend hours nursing sore limbs!
