Twice daily yoga practice will
be held in the beautiful, light
filled yoga studio or outside in
the Mediterranean gardens
and you will also venture out
into the village and surrounding
area on Silent Meditation walks,
a form of meditation in action
using our experience of walking
as our focus. When you walk
within nature you can actually
feel the stresses of life slip away,
it is impossible not to be positive
when in nature and you will
return with a natural high,
this is something you can do
anywhere and on your return
you should continue to find
places where you can walk,
think and be.
The retreat has a fun, playful

This week will be to focus on
yourself and how yoga feels to
you.
There will be plenty of
opportunity to experience their
pampering therapies including
Ayurvedic treatments and Lomi
Lomi (Hawaiian) Massage.
Food, for me, plays a huge
part in how we feel. How we
nourish our bodies and minds
is ultimately the key to how we
think and feel and the food you
will enjoy on your retreat will not
disappoint.
Daily healthy Breakfast Brunch,
after morning class, consisting
of freshly baked bread each
day, cereals, nuts, seeds and
fresh seasonal fruit.
Dinner is prepared freshly
each day using local organic
produce and is always a variety
of delicious vegetarian dishes
with salad and fruit, alcohol is
available at a discounted rate
to guests. They can cater for
special dietary needs just let
them know of your requirements
in advance of the retreat.
Teas, coffees, herbal teas
and water are available free
throughout the day
During your stay there will
be two evenings where your
taste buds can explore local
restaurants.
One of these
evenings your group will visit a
local restaurant the other will
be a plus you will enjoy a
day out taking a short trip to a
local beach, taking a leisurely
walk down a canyon to the
beach and lunch further along
the coast at a local restaurant.
There are plenty of opportunities
to relax by the pool whilst
sipping juice from the juice
bar, you can take time out to
read those books that have
been piling up, you can enjoy
the company of your new
friends, you can laugh until
your sides hurt but ultimately,
this is an opportunity for you to
reconnect with your inner self
and return home energised,
refreshed and equipped to
deal with any situation. This is
your time.
