General information
Kilimanjaro, is located in mains Latitudes,
South of Equator, near the TanzaniaKenya Border, 45 km from Moshi and
60 km from Arusha. It comprises of two
dormant volcanoes, respectively Kibo
5, 8995 m and Mawenzi 5,149m above
the sea level. Kilimanjaro National Park
is declared a World Heritage Site by
UNESCO in 1989.
The Park is endowed with a diverse
of attractions ranging from terrestrial
wilderness to permanent Glaciers on
