Everything is designed to
be within a genuine Karma
Yoga environment. Through
the yoga and meditation
practices we learn how to
improve our awareness and
become mindful of many
more things around us… but
more importantly we become
much more mindful of our inner
world. In order to maintain
the best environment to help
improve our awareness there
are a number of guidelines
about how the centre runs and
what is expected of course
participants.
For example shoes are not worn
inside the centre no alcohol
comes into the centre.
By helping out with washing up
after the meals, and in general
the centre and the course
participants all gel together
very easily and it is inspiring
the opportunity to identify any
negative reactions or obstacles
inside which is the first step in
learning how to let go of inner
obstacles in order to get more
in touch with inner joy and
happiness.
