Whilst at the beach there is
always time for a bit of post
swim yoga, where you can
throw out a few handstands
feeling energised and free.
The yoga sessions are varied
throughout the weekend, with

challenging
sessions
in the morning opening up
the body ready for the days
swimming ahead, to more
relaxing meditative evening
sessions to wind down after

There really is something for

The food, as you would expect,
is fantastic, wholesome and

delicious and very easy. It says
