o fall asleep, or to wake, to the
sound of the ocean is, for me,
probably one of the most relaxing
things that you can do. Since we
are made up of 70% water, we have
a strong connection and through
listening to water we can literally tune
back into nature and allow the stresses
of the day fall away in the same way,
the sound of water as we wake can
be equally energising as we get into
tune with the day ahead.
