CARAMELISED O N I O N TA R T By Lynn Nicholson In association with O nions are a staple in all kitchens, they are just so versatile and their flavour only adds to any dish. This recipe involves using caramelised onions, very easy to do but it does require patience, not too much, it is just something that you cannot rush! The great thing is that you can use these on so many other things, so I tend to prepare a larger batch than required for this recipe for use later on a pizza base, for an onion tart, to top bruschetta you start to get the picture, just by being a little prepared you can eliminate the need for any more patience than necessary!
