The Doppstadt DH910 has a 16 litre Volvo engine Doppstadt has launched two new chippers at once. The DH 811 K caterpillar precision chipper can move confidently over any rough ground, and can be loaded from all sides by an excavator or crane, via the revolving superstructure, which has a wide panning range. Wood chips can be sorted by size, using different screen baskets, to meet the current requirements perfectly. The driver can check and control all the machine’s most important functions using the loading machine’s radio remote control system. The DH 811 K is characterised by its robust design, which meets all the needs of industrial chipping applications. Its high-torque MTU 6R1300 engine provides constant driving power. The DH 811 K chipper is a “perfect” example of a high-performance, high-throughput chipping unit, designed for many years of service, and suitable for a wide variety of applications, according to Doppstadt. The wood chips it produces are discharged from the machine by an integrated ejector. The DH 910 SA-B, the powerful new precision chipper in the Doppstadt chippers range, is designed for on-road use. It is mounted on a three-axis trailer chassis, with only 2.5 m transport width. The precision chipper, which is equipped with a new 16 litre Volvo engine, is exceptionally powerful. The Doppstadt DH811 in Japan It produces top-quality wood chips thanks to its closed rotor and the perfectly adjusted screen basket and blade advance. The DH 910 series is designed for semi-stationary use. The machine’s robust design ensures it can achieve maximum throughput. The special arrangement of the chippings knives enables DH 910 SA-B to run with minimum vibration and guarantees perfectly shaped chips from all types of wood. The chipped material is discharged on a chip conveyor that can swivel up to 90°. This enables large separate piles of wood chips to be deposited behind the machine.
