Gilbert 6-roll planer The Gilbert 6 Roll Planer is designed for mid-to-high planermill speeds and production . This model features six feed rolls and a 14 in cutting circle . It can fit up to 36 knives for an impeccable finish . It runs at speeds up to 3,000 ft / minute . Its compact design will fit very well in an existing layout .
Gilbert S Series planer The Gilbert S Series planer is a smaller model designed to run at lower speeds . It was developed for mills that wanted Gilbert ’ s state-ofthe-art technology , but didn ’ t have the needs for a bigger planer .
It features eight feed rolls , an 11 in cutting circle and can fit up to 26 knives . It runs at speeds from 300 up to 2,000 ft / minute .
