SAWLINES – STENNER
LUMBER PROCESSING
The Stenner staff
at the factory in
Devon, England
14 different models in our portfolio
gives us the ability to provide a
client with a specification that
matches his requirements exactly,”
says Stenner CEO Syd Mather.
Whilst horizontals and centre-
cutting resaws are the main stay
of the larger machines the 36 in
stand-alone ST resaw continues to
thrive and the range has just had
a major review with the launch of
two new models. The ST100RB will
be the entry level machine with
cast iron 36 in (915 mm) diameter
pulleys and cast-iron table. The
main drive is 15 kW (22 hp) and the
feed system is based on the classic
‘radial arm’ design.
At the other end of the scale
is the ST100RS that has all the
positive features of the ST100RB
plus pneumatic movement of the
feed rollers activated by photocells,
a setting fence controlled via a
touch screen, variable speed drive
for the pulley rotation to make
the cutting of a variety of timber
species as efficient as possible and
the main drive comes from an 18
kW motor.
The very successful ST100R
unit will continue to be produced
as part of the range. All Stenner
resaws are produced in their UK
factory located in Tiverton, UK.
Centre cutting machines are a big part of
our range and having 14 different models in
our portfolio gives us the ability to provide a
client with a specification that matches his
requirements exactly
