Maliha was honored to be recognized as Houston Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Honoree this year. Maliha’s additional accomplishments include the following: selected to work on a case at the U.N. International Crimi- nal Tribunal for the Former Yugosla- via (the “ICTY”), managed countless litigation, developed an EB-5 Re- gional Center, and more. Maliha is experienced in handling immigration matters from visas to family-based and employment-based green cards to naturalization. She has counseled project developers and foreign investors regarding the EB-5 path for lawful permanent residency and has helped small businesses se- cure government projects. In addi- tion to her BBA, Maliha earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence at South Texas College of Law in July 2007.
