known her a longer time and some-
one you’d like to keep by your side
once you meet. She has heard of the
40+ strategic partners we currently
work with and cannot wait to get to
know everyone.
Maliha was honored to be recognized
as Houston Business Journal’s Top 40
Under 40 Honoree this year. Maliha’s
additional accomplishments include
the following: selected to work on a
case at the U.N. International Crimi-
nal Tribunal for the Former Yugosla-
via (the “ICTY”), managed countless
litigation, developed an EB-5 Re-
gional Center, and more.
Maliha is experienced in handling
immigration matters from visas to
family-based and employment-based
green cards to naturalization. She has
counseled project developers and
foreign investors regarding the EB-5
path for lawful permanent residency
and has helped small businesses se-
cure government projects. In addi-
tion to her BBA, Maliha earned her
Doctor of Jurisprudence at South
Texas College of Law in July 2007.
It is not often we meet one with an
unquenchable thirst for life that is
contagious so we are indeed spread-
ing this one!
