The unveiling of Sebastien Mrd Boileau ’ s art featuring Consul Alexis Pierre Andres will be at the entrance of the French consul . The head of the consul residence kitchen , Maria Cortez , having seventeen years of service with the French consul and retiring that day , was a delight to be informed of as we recall her there for former consul Seam ’ s tenure . Guests ranged from Marie LeNotre of the LeNôtre Culinary Institute , Karine Parker-Lemoyne of Texan-French Alliance for the Arts , and numerous other prominent French leaders in the community .
