He has performed stand-up all over the world, including many stints in the Middle East where he also performed for the KIng of Jordan. In 2016, he performed at the White House and had the honor of introducing Michelle Obama. He has had three ShowTime specials, Brown and Friendly, I Come in Peace, and most recently, I’m Not a Terrorist, but I’ve Played One on TV, which is now an LA Times bestseller. Maz is a regular panelist on NPR’s Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me and has given two TED Talks.
