Over the last 5 years, Houston EB5 has successfully raised
capital for their projects: a $74 million residential tower in the vibrant Houston Galleria area, called Astoria;
and a $51 million 8-story, 240-unit apartment building
in the heart of downtown Houston called Eighteen25.
The raise for Astoria was completed with investors from
Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Houston EB5
boasts a 100% success rate on Green Card approvals for
all its EB5 investors. With this success, Houston EB5 has
now completed their third raise for Marlowe, a luxury
residential tower in downtown Houston.
In 2011, Houston EB5 tapped the EB-5 federal program targeting foreigners to fund their real estate
projects by establishing a Regional Center. An EB-5
