Katia: Tell us about yourself and
walk us through your background.

and after graduating from the Beijing
University Health Science Center
I worked in a hospital as a Doctor.
In less than a year, and following my
passion of communicating and collaborating with people, I decided to
transition into the business world. I
worked in the pharmaceutical industry for a private company, US-China
joint venture company, and a central government-owned company in
Sales Manager, Product Manager, and
Marketing Director roles.

JW: I was born in the capital of
China, Beijing. In China, students
