MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF BELARUS V . MAKEI MEETS THE HONORARY CONSUL OF BELARUS IN TEXAS

On June 28 , 2016 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus , Vladimir Makei , met with the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Belarus in Texas , Geert Visser , the first honorary consul of our country in the United States .

The parties discussed Belarus – U . S . interregional relations , including prospects of further cooperation between Belarusian regions and Texas .

During the meeting , Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei presented Geert Visser with the consular patent .
