Mango Lassi
India
Ingredients:
1 l of mango pulp
100 ml yogurt
200 ml milk
Sugar as per taste
Saffron optional
Rose water optional
Steps:
1. Mix mango pulp, yogurt and milk in a big container.
2. Blend the mixture thoroughly until the homogenization of
the mixture.
3. Add sugar if required and blend it again.
4. Store it in freeze until served.
5. Optionally the glass full of Mango Lassi can be garnished with
saffron and few drops of rose water.
