Mac ’n Cheese USA A classic American dish for any get together. Ingredients: 1 bag of macaroni 250 g of cheddar cheese 1 package of ricotta cheese 250 g of mozzarella cheese 125 ml of milk 2 tomatoes, sliced Breadcrumbs Steps: 1. Boil macaroni. 2. Preheat oven to 210 °C 3. Double boil the cheeses with some milk, an egg, salt and pepper. Leave some mozzarella for the topping. 4. Mix macaroni and cheese mix in an oven safe dish. 5. Top off with mozzarella, bread crumbs and sliced tomatoes. 6. Heat in oven at 210 °C for about 30 min. 62
