Taco Salad
USA
Not to be confused with Mexican, this taco salad
is essentially what is considered Tex-Mex cuisine
from the USA.
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast per person
1 handful of nacho chips
Chili powder to taste
1-2 limes to taste
Lettuce (can be any green salad you like)
1 Avocado
Veggies (whatever you like)
Coriander to taste
Steps:
1. Slice up chicken into small pieces.
2. Oil up a pan, and put chicken in.
3. Add chili powder (I prefer cayenne and paprika), salt
and lime juice.
4. Let it cook on low heat.
5. Cut up all your veggies.
6. Once chicken is ready, mix all veggies with chicken,
avocado and crumbled up nacho chips.
