Ingredients:
Serves - 4
Steps:
1. Cut all vegetables in cubes/slices.
2. Mix well with yogurt and salt.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
200 ml natural yogurt
1 medium onion, sliced
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
Salt - to taste
1 green chili (cut into small pieces)
2-3 stems of fresh coriander leaves chopped
