Salsa de Chile Habanero
Ingredients:
2 habanero chilies
4 red tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
A few raw onion rings
Salt
Steps:
1. Remove the stem and seeds from the
habanero chili.
2. Roast the tomatoes superficially on a dry
frying pan and remove the skin.
3. Peel the tomatoes and blend with garlic,
onion, salt and the purified habanero chili.
Mexico
Guacamole
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 small tomato
1 tsp milk
½ tbsp chopped coriander leaves
(approximately 5 leaves)
Salt
Steps:
1. Rinse tomatoes with boiling water and peel the
skin off.
2. Chop tomatoes finely and add coriander.
3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the core and
scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
4. Add milk and mash the avocados with a fork.
5. Add a bit of salt, tomatoes, onion and mix
