Gorraasa - flat bread
Ingredients:
500 g wheat flour
½ tsp baking powder
500 ml water
1 tsp salt
Steps:
1. Sift flour into bowl.
2. Add baking powder and salt and stir in water until batter thickens.
3. Pour ladle-full of butter onto non-stick flat frying pan.
4. Evenly distribute batter into pan (you will make several
pieces).
4. Fry at medium heat and flip when golden on one side.
