Master Chef Recommends
This light starter is sure to start people talking. It looks
so simple and yet the synergy of every element in the egg
lifts it to a level that you could not dream of. You can serve
it as you like but for the best wow effect serve it in the
egg. You will break a few eggs trying this out but when you
get it right it really pays off

since you will have loads of egg white left over.
